At the end of a banquet, the Malanotti De Caldes family in their Borgo Malanotte in the Veneto used to offer a special drink to their illustrious guests from Venice. They produced not only fine fabrics, but also fine wine and a special Amaro, a digestif with a secret recipe of natural roots and herbs with a history reaching back to Ancient Roman times. Inspired by the Malanotti Amaro, this rug comes in an intricate design in shades of of red, coral and crimson.
